Christine Schmidt. joined 4M Property Management in June 2017. Christine became a licensed property manager after 20 plus years in the insurance industry. Christine states “I enjoy working with people and love being part of the 4M Team.”
Christine is from Chattanooga Tn. and moved to Greenville just over 2 years ago. When relocating to Greenville due to her husband’s work as an Executive Chef, Christine noted “we knew nothing about Greenville or what area to live. We were fortunate enough to find a rental home through 4M Property Management. As we were getting ready to buy our home and working more with Daniel, I learned of the opportunity to work with 4M Properties. My experience as a ‘resident/tenant’ has given me the perspective from both sides, first as a tenant and now as a property manager.”
Christine and her husband Jerry have 3 grown children, 8 grand-children, and three dogs that she notes “are really our fur babies.” Christine and her husband love to travel, scuba dive, bowl on a weekly league, play guitar and sing.
Christine has been a Rotarian for almost 15 years and is currently a member of the Greenville Rotary Club. During Christine’s time as a Rotarian, she has been involved in countless projects and fundraisers receiving several awards for accomplishments and involvement in the community. In addition, Christine volunteers each week with the Greenville County Animal Care. Christine noted “I enjoy working with the dogs and my role as part of the enrichment team.
I love ‘God, Family, Home, Community, and my Country!”
4M Property Solutions was founded in early 2013 as a residential property management company. A company founded on Christian-based principles, we provide the very highest level of service to investors, owners, and tenants.
Our Founder and Property Manager in Charge, Daniel Madison, was first introduced to property management in 2007. Daniel stated “during a relocation from Columbia back to Greenville, SC our family found ourselves needing to sell a home in the early stages of one of the worst real estate markets in decades. As a result of not being able to sell, we decided to rent the home and use a property manager. We learned a lot over the next several years about being a landlord, property management, SC law, and the ups and downs of renting a home. “
In 2011, Daniel simultaneously sold his rental property and his partnership shares in the company he relocated with. Daniel said “after almost 9 years of being a minority shareholder I was ready to step out on my own and combine my business skills with my personal experiences and beliefs to introduce a company that could provide the level of service that I desired when I was a landlord.”
4M Property Solutions hopes that we will have an opportunity to be part of your rental story, whether it’s as an owner, investor, or as a tenant.
