No. 4M Property Management requires a holding fee that becomes a security deposit at lease signing, as well as the first month’s rent and pet fees prior to move in.
We recommend submitting maintenance request online through the tenant portal where you can track and monitor your maintenance request. 4M Property Solutions does maintain an after hours emergency number for emergency requests that need immediate attention after hours, during weekends and holidays.
4M Property Management offers several options for paying your rent. You can pay your rent online monthly through the tenant portal, automatically setup payments, BillPay through your bank, or mail a check or money order, You can also drop off your check or money order at the PO Box designated on your lease (payment must be in a sealed envelope addressed to 4M Property Management).

A request must be made to your property manager along with the following Pet Policy. A picture of the pet, the most recent vet records, and a pet fee will be required. Once approved by the owner you may proceed in the purchase or adoption of a pet. Please note that not all property owners allow pets.
